It is lovely place to stay, the food is superb, and location is incredible on ocean. Make sure you stay in the double room with beaches to the distant Cornish coast and decent shower plus bed freshly made.

We greatly enjoyed this place, everything was absolutely great. The location was top, on the harbour! Had brunch in the Revolution, located nearby. They offered us fabulous meals, had lots of options to choose from.

My double room was well-kept and well-appointed with a view. I greatly enjoyed its a vintage decor. The hotel was in a magnificent location really close to pubs, the beach/promenade and all the main beaches.

Spotlessly clean place with amiable and very welcoming staff and magnificent view over the town and harbour. Comfy room, comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Very good service, perfect location in the centre of St Ives. Also - close enough to all shops/restaurants/cafes down on the main drag, by the water, town/sea in a couple of minutes, and the beach and St Ives itself.

Everything was very good, useful staff, magnificent views of the sea. I was upgraded to a great-sized and en suite room. The location was magnificent and absolutely incredible for walking around a spectacular modern gallery. I needed 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

We loved breakfast that was included. The whole room was spotless and light with very clean bathroom, beautiful view, as for instance. Location: the hotel was adjacent to St Ives, beach, the rail station. We had a really really nice time here and would stay here again

It was a such great stay on a business trip. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, St John was at a walking distance from the hotel. Minutes away from pubs and restaurants, it was a bonus.
